Joe's technical expertise in the field came from 20 years experience as a welder, machinist and project manager in a highly renown high tech. job shop in the heart of Silicon Valley. He has certificates from Applied Materials in “THE 7 TOOLS OF QUALITY CONTROL” with PROCESS CONTROL , S.P.C., BUSS ROUTE and J.I.T. He also has a broad understanding of metallurgy and material coefficients.

Cindy Dalla has a degree in Administrative Business and is currently working on her Bachelor of Arts. Her background in business, together with managing and directing the administrative departments at C & J Engineering allow her to efficiently control accounting, human resources, and general business operations.
